Our staff is committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. As well as being trained according to industry standards, each member of staff at Charterhouse (Accountants) LLP is encouraged by the firm to obtain interests and skills in their own specialist areas. At Charterhouse, we invite our staff to research and recommend new ideas that we may be able to offer to our clients and hope that staff will be involved in the continued progression of the firm.

We are progressive in terms of the services we offer to our clients, but also the way in which we view our employees. We take the wellbeing of our employees very seriously, understanding that if our staff is not happy then they are not likely to be as keen to drive our business and serve our clients. Our commitment is apparent in the appointment of an HR Manager who spends a great deal of time developing engagement initiatives as well as advising managers and partners on ways in which they can motivate their teams and make sure that they are gratified in their roles.

We encourage input from all staff as we know that ownership, ability to question, being heard and feeling involved all lead to an engaged and ultimately committed team.
