Key Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks:
- Set up new clients on CCH, ensuring all paperwork and Anti-Money Laundering information is accurate
- Update CCH software with client and employee information
- Process incoming post, scan documents, and maintain our document management system
- Arrange couriers and assist with organizing staff events
- Manage office supplies, including stationery, printer toner, and kitchen essentials
- Address office maintenance issues, coordinating with engineers as needed.
Receptionist tasks:
- Answer phones, handle client enquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Welcome clients, serve beverages
- Keep boardrooms stocked and organized
- Organize client lunches and ensure a professional environment
- Carry out ad hoc tasks for all departments, including preparing forms, managing client records, scanning documents, and archiving.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths (A-C grades).
- Skills: Competent in Word and Excel, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience: Preferably some professional office experience, but we are more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Qualities: We’re seeking someone with a positive outlook on life, who brings energy, kindness, and motivation to their work. You should be enthusiastic and eager to contribute to our team’s success.
Bonus points for:
Experience with CCH Accounts software—but don’t worry if you’re not familiar, we will provide the necessary training.
